Dentistry has been dealing with an extraordinary staffing shortage for several years. To help address this situation, ISDS participated in a multi-state coalition to petition the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) to immediately expand student-to-faculty ratios and perform a deep dive into what the appropriate ratios are from a scientific standpoint.
